The map above is the result of a joint effort by the City of Orange, the National Park Service (RTCA Program) and the Santiago Creek Greenway Alliance. It shows the existing and planned greenway and trail system through the cities of Santa Ana and Orange. The SCGA is currently working with Orange to extend the trail from Tustin St. to Collins Ave. If the project proceeds as planned this phase will be completed late in 2008. We are also working with the City of Orange and the National Park Service on a Vision Plan which will define the trail alignment for the remainder of its route to Santiago Oaks Regional Park. When completed, the trail will provide off-road access from Santa Ana and Orange to the trails in Anaheim Hills and to the vast open areas east of Irvine Park.
